In 2007, I undertook my own weight loss journey at age 46. I was a runner up in the Womens Health and Fitness Body Blitz Challenge in 2007 and a finalist in the Oxygen Magazine Fit and Fabulous competition in 2008. (click here for more details)

My coaching focuses on getting your head in the right place as well as mentoring you through making healthy changes to your lifestyle. Losing weight requires a willing attitude, commitment to regular exercise and a balanced approach to nutrition.

In addition to programs, I want this site to become a useful resource for anyone undertaking a weight loss journey. Over time I will be adding articles and resources relating to healthy eating, exercise, motivation, tracking your progress and anything else that will help you to establish and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
