12 Week Body Blitz

The Australian Women’s Health and Fitness magazine run a 12 week body blitz challenge.  This is something I have undertaken myself and it is one of the best things I have ever done in my life.  Having said that, the 12 week body blitz is not something I would recommend to everyone as it is definitely not for the faint hearted. 

To get the most out of competing in the 12 week body blitz challenge you need to be prepared to work really hard and make a serious commitment to an intensive exercise regime and be pretty disciplined with your nutrition.  If you feel that you can not make that level of commitment, then I suggest a lifestyle program.
