12 Week Lifestyle Program
A lifestyle program is about implementing gradual changes rather than the “big bang” approach of the 12 week body blitz. As changes are implemented incrementally, weight loss will not be as dramatic as with a 12 week body blitz.
I provide coaching, mentoring and support so that you are empowered to make sustainable changes to your lifestyle. We will work together to set goals and put in place a plan to work towards those goals.
You will learn how to make healthy choices in relation to food, and how to develop life long habits of regular exercise. An ongoing component of the coaching and mentoring will include addressing your underlying beliefs, thoughts and attitudes that are barriers to weight loss success.
